Returpolicy

Our warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs as described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. You can request that a waybill be created for you. In that case, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Special offers (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Compensation (if applicable)
We only replace goods that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, send an email to INFO@ztechknives.com

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. The gift card will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the wedding painter sent the order to himself to give to you later, we will refund the gifts and he will be notified of your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchange to reach you may vary.
